3. Generated outputs: 3D model files, preview files, task status, provider references, and technical error details.
4. Usage and device data: pages used, browser type, approximate network information, and security logs.
5. Support records: messages and identifiers you provide when requesting help.
6. Payment records: transaction references and billing status supplied by a payment provider after payments become available. We do not store full card numbers.

How We Use Information

We use this information to authenticate users, run generation tasks, store and deliver model files, maintain credit balances, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, improve reliability, and respond to support requests.

AI Providers and Storage Services

Generation inputs and necessary task settings are sent to the selected AI provider so it can perform the requested task. Files may also be processed by private object storage and delivery services. These providers receive only the information needed to perform their role.

User uploads and generated source files are designed to remain private. Access is provided through authenticated or expiring signed links. A model is not placed in a public gallery unless a separate publishing action and permission flow is provided.

Retention and Deletion

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. Available account tools may allow you to delete tasks or files. Backup copies can take additional time to expire.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with infrastructure, AI, storage, analytics, email, support, and payment providers; when required by law; or when necessary to protect users and the service.

Security

We use access controls, encrypted transport, private storage controls, and expiring delivery links where appropriate. No online system is completely secure, so you should not upload confidential material unless you are authorized to process it and accept the risks of using an online AI service.

Your Choices

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information. You can also close your account or contact support for assistance.
