Acceptance

By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Description

The service creates 3D model drafts from uploaded images or text prompts. Results can include geometry, textures, previews, and downloadable files. AI generation is probabilistic. Results may be incomplete, inaccurate, unsuitable for manufacturing, or different from the input.

You are responsible for inspecting and validating every output before relying on it for production, safety-critical, engineering, medical, legal, or commercial decisions.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. Provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and notify support if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your Inputs and Outputs

You retain the rights you hold in your uploaded images, prompts, and other inputs. You grant us the limited permission needed to transmit, process, store, and deliver those inputs and their outputs for operating the service.

You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and process your inputs. Output ownership and usage rights can be affected by applicable law, third-party rights, and the selected AI provider's terms. We do not guarantee that an output is unique or free from third-party claims.

Acceptable Use

You must not use the service to violate law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, create deceptive or harmful material, distribute malware, bypass access controls, abuse credits, overload the service, or interfere with other users.

Credits, Failures, and Payments

Generation may require service credits. The required amount must be shown before a task begins. A failed task that reserved credits is designed to return those credits automatically through a separate ledger transaction.

Payments are not currently open. When paid features become available, checkout will display the current price, credit amount, validity, renewal terms, and applicable conditions. Refund handling is described in the Refund Policy.

Availability and Changes

We may change providers, models, limits, formats, or features to maintain quality, security, and availability. We may suspend access for maintenance, abuse prevention, legal requirements, or a violation of these terms.

Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Termination

You may stop using the service or close your account. We may suspend or terminate access when these terms are violated or when required to protect the service and its users.
